They have 3 kinds of Service to meet the various customers' needs.

Hotel Service - You can stay at Poco a Poco Condo-Hotel not only by daily basis, but also monthly basis. We prepare special price for Monthly guests. Our units have 2 bed rooms, Living area, Dining area and Kitchen area. So you can experience Subic life here in Poco a Poco.

Yearly Rental - If you are seeking your future home after retired or need a only temporary home while you stay here in Subic for you job, we recommend you to use this service. You can choose your favorite unit type and furniture set up.

Long Term - If you have a plan to move to Subic after retired, you must choose Long term lease!! Our building is accredited by Philippine Retirement Authority. It means Poco a Poco is Safe and Suitable for retiree and if you become a Long term Lessee, it's easier to get Special Resident Retiree's Visa (SRRV) which provides you a lot of privileges.

1st Building construction have been finished on March, 2006. All rooms are coner rooms and each room has a garden on the 1st floor, or a porch on the 2nd floor. With in 2006, we sill start to construct 2nd building. Betwen 1st building and 2nd building will be relaxation area for Poco a Poco customers.

Poco a Poco has no plan to have own swimming pool to avoid higher amount of maintenance fee, and also our Condo-Hotel is located near the beaches and other hotel's swimming pool where you can enjoy swimming.
