Vice President Noli de Castro has announced a 3-month moratorium on loan payments to the Home Development Mutual Fund, better known as Pag-IBIG Fund, as additional relief assistance for members whose homes were damaged by Tropical Storm “Ondoy” (international codename: Ketsana).
De Castro, chair of the Pag- Fund Fund board of trustees, said a new home rehabilitation window would also be opened to affected Pag-IBIG members. The moratorium started on Sept. 26, 2009 and ends on Dec. 31, 2009.
